Mirage Container Design..? ( with pics this time)

Recommended Posts

OK everyone, my pics are here. I wanted to ask you all if I should keep the silver trim only to the container area (original plan), or allow it to flow throughout the whole harness? Like down the chest rings and leg strap area.

What do you think of this color scheme. It is a paint doc. but use you imagination. Please help me here, I cant decide!! The first three are the ones I am pulling for so far..[:/]

I would go with option one. the silver trim around the flaps and stuff looks great and doesnt get that dirty...however, around the front side of the rig (cuz its alwasy laid down) and the legstraps too...I would stick with matching trim. I have silver trim totally around my javelin and mirage and they both show dirt easily. The rig looks more sleek with matching trim on the legstraps and such...plus...definetly go with the black legstraps. The more black, the better it matches and the easier it is to resell. just my .02 cents.

Cheers,
Travis

I just recently decided on a similar problem. However, mine was between silver and white trim. What I did find out that may help you, is that silver doesn't show dirt too bad; at least when compared to white. Although black doesn't hide dirt either. But I definately like the silver trim tape.
