wayneflorida 0 #1 April 19, 2012 I guess this is in Australia. I disagree. She did not do diligence by her friends statement. "The male friend said in his statement at the time that they were "going hard” and he did not know if they bumped the light or it just fell off.'' She should have had him tied up! http://www.news.com.au/business/worker-injured-during-sex-gets-compo/story-e6frfm1i-1226333292525
kasch 0 #2 April 19, 2012 she sounds fragile.....not my type.Sex with sith is like sex with a stripper. A lot of flashing lights and waving of glowing sabers, but in the end you end up with something dark and wrinkely. DPH# "-13" TSK# "-13"

davjohns 1 #9 April 20, 2012 Reminds me of a story in Florida a few years ago. A woman who worked a phone sex job tended to masturbate several times per day while working. She said it was not required, but encouraged. She then filed a worker's comp claim for carpal tunnel. It was filed in court and eventually settled for an undisclosed amount. Made sense to me. So does this one. If the woman in the story had been sleeping in bed when the fixture fell, would there be an issue?I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

masterrig 1 #11 April 20, 2012 The way I see it, the woman was sent to that town to work. From what I gathered from the story, she was on her own time at the time of her injury. What she does on her own time is her business and not her company's. She also called the guy she was gettin' it on with and they had a 'date'. I just think it's nuts on her part to file the claim in the first place. Then again, she did 'win'. To me, it's just another case of someone getting someone else to 'pay' for their behavior and an un-willingness to accept responsibility for their own actions.
