Cut way down to reduce the caffine shakes and withdrawl shakes... ya know... cuz ya kinda don't wanna shake doin' the work I did. Some people refrain from beating a dead horse. I sometimes drink it just before going to bed if I want a comfort food type item.I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..
