I am all for fair tax. Paying 23% tax on purchases is cheaper then paying 20% per paycheck, and then another 8% on purchases. But at the same time getting rid of IRS would be one of the biggest changes to hit the States, and people dont deal with change to easily. I would agree with that. It shuold not be a legal issue unless there is injury I dont htink kids shuold be spanked anywhere else but there butt. Some people bruise pretty easily. I would say that if bruising is on the butt then its okay. So where should the line be drawn? When should a parent be accused of "beating" rather than simply "spanking"? i knew someone was going to ask that, and to be honest with you I dont know how to answer that. That's pretty rediculous. Spanking and beating a kid are two different things. Spanking shuold be one of a parents last resorts for taking control over bad behavior, but it shouldnbt be banned.
