  1. Totally. People, skydiving is evolving, think about it. For example I bet 10 years before you were saying same things about other stuff, which now are popular and everyone is doing. Europe has BASIK tandem rigs, with which you can do stuff like atmonauti no problem, so I suggest you order some of those rigs and start evolving as well "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." Aaawww, man, how could you quit skydiving and at least not get into BASE jumping?! Sad to see people go, I don't even know you, but it's just sad seeing how they don't have any feelings for the sport, I have no idea why, but this feeling sucks. 19. Thanks! Guess it's gonna be hell of a lot more atmo jumps then usual now, since it's possible to learn HD doing it "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean
  20. Good question, I was wondering the same... "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean
  21. Hmm, weird, it's not that hard to get into atmonauti, at least to get a hang of the traditional belly atmonauti... "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean
  22. Hey, I'm doing atmonauti on most of my jumps, incredible and fun discipline I must say. What I was wondering, is it possible to learn head down by doing atmo? What I mean is, when I do atmo, I try to take very very steep angles, to be as close to head down as possible, I notice a very very high speed increase (the wind starts to get very loud, I just feel the speed increase with my body and when I transition back on my belly I feel that I'm being slowed doing very immensely) off course I see (my point of vision) is as if I'm going head down, however I do know I'm not actually head down, I'm just in a very very steep angle and I'm still going a bit forward like normal atmo/tracking. So is it possible to eventually learn normal head down from doing this? "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean
  23. He surely doesn't go head down all the way till deployment, just a little bit, then release drogue, slow down and then deploy Hes only a tandem master (and a freeflyer) at the moment. The people who were my AFF instructors (almost all of them) are not TI, only one which was my main instructor in the end, but he doesn't do any of that new tandem stuff, however he does do low hookturns, because hes not used to swooping (hes really old school type of guy, been in the sport for a long time, but hes very awesome, as in personality).
