  1. Mine was to get my A before the end of the summer. Doing really good so far and I'm even trying to get my own rig too. 26tt
  2. Water, soy milk, and sometimes cranberry juice. When I'm out to eat I get sierra mist or root beer... 26tt

    progression!!!

That's great! SVNH helped me out a lot with my AFF, not to mention it's a ton of fun. The place is really nice and the instructors and everyone are great. Maybe see you there... I've gone a few times when the weather has been bad or haven't had time otherwise to head out to the dz. Shoot me a pm if you ever want to split some time or whatnot. 26tt
  4. I may or may not be a computer geek but I don't use a battery. I would say just save your work often. Also having a laptop is cool because if the power goes out you'll just run off battery. 26tt
  5. I hear that. I fly and recently started skydiving myself. I slipped, fell, and almost killed myself the other day on wet tiles in the bathroom. Came out with a gashed foot. First thing I thought was: Its more dangerous to shower at home than go skydiving. 26tt
  6. You won't die... You'll be able to hear what women want. 26tt
  7. I also own a linux box Nice. Ubuntu is where it's at. 26tt
  8. I've just started, and don't talk to people except for close friends and immediate family about that I skydive. However my boss asked and I'm not going to lie and he was like cool that's interesting and left it at that which was cool. My mother did tell everyone at a big family dinner that I skydive and then I got about 5 whuffo talks and it was pretty funny. edit- And the best talk was: "You're getting certified to skydive?, What do you need a certification in being stupid for? You're already stupid." 26tt
  9. I'm a big fan of ubuntu. Right now I'm on windows for school software and gaming but want to put 7.04 back on bad. I always put the newest ubuntu on whenever they come out with one. Much better than windows for what I do mostly. And it only takes a half hour to format and all that which is nice. 26tt

    sad but true !

That's some pretty funny stuff. I think it's interesting how Americans have all these problems from the stuff they eat. Maybe it's just a matter of processing and portions... 26tt
  11. I used to be grossly addicted to caffeine, mostly mt. dew and coffee. Gave it up cold turkey and was messed up for a week with headaches/withdrawal. Now I have the occasional sierra mist or sprite when I go out to eat and feel much better. Even lost a little weight because those soda and energy drinks have lots of sugar and all that. 26tt
