and wow does the new imovie suck!

hey sorry guys i was using a regular usb cable...got the firewire cable and it works fine!

Im going into Imovie and i connect my pc-1000 to the computer with a firewire cable... it canot find the camera at all like on my toshiba laptop...theres no way for me to upload videos onto my mac right now....anyone got any ideas or know how to get the camcorder to work on this mac?

Im looking into buying a mirage MO and mirage says that a safire 139 fits like a brick...but a spectre 150 fits like a brick also....i found a nice used mirage MO rig i really want to buy but do you think this combo will fit in it? optimum 143 reserve with a safire 2 149 main! Anyone have any experiences with this...what do u guys think? should i go for it and get the rig?>
