Thanks Squeak. Getting my meds sorted out is a must, tho I'm largely trusting the counselor and advice of people who have been there. Actually, a big part of why I've stayed with skydiving has to do with its medicinal effects. No matter how the dive doesn't go as planned or how badly I screw up my landing, I'm still heading into the hanger with an ear to ear grin. When I don't make the dropzone due to depression, it's because I just didn't find the motivation to get up and out.

It did the same to me. Actually Zoloft turns my stomach worse. I took the Celexa longer than my therapist advised. She told me that jitters shouldn't last that long, that I should try something else. It was good to be able to sit still again, but the stuff was starting to work . So far, I really don't like the Zoloft. I know a week's not enough to feel it out, but.... Anyone who's taken Zoloft, guys in particular. Do the sexual side effects decrease over time?

So I started taking Zoloft about a week ago, Celexa for about 3 weeks before that, switched b/c of nasty jitters. Found myself in a bad fucking place that I'm still working my way out of with counseling & meds. Celexa half-way worked and the transition was/is really vicious . At this point, I'm undecided whether a particular side-effect of Zoloft is a blessing or a curse. I spent 3 hours masturbating this morning, got numb without getting off. On one hand, lasting that long was amazing, unheard of for me . On the other hand, it'd be really nice to bust my nut and not be a walking erection . I guess on the bright side, my thoughts have shifted from really disturbing shit to blowing my wad

I bought an XPS Gen-2 laptop in May 05. Only thing I really upgraded was the drive, 7200-RPM 60-gig over whatever was standard. She has a 2Ghz Pentium-M, 1 Gig of memory (x 2 DIMM), 256MB Nvidia. She's running a bit slow nowadays, but that happens when you run the same WinXP-Home install for 2 years. The faster hard-drive's totally worth it . All in all, I'm still quite happy with my purchase. I custom-ordered mine through AAFES, think I paid about $1800. I got a new battery a few months ago as part of Dell's mass battery recall. With this thing's hunger for power, the original battery was pretty well toasted after 16 months. ETA: The battery was the other thing I upgraded. With the extra capacity battery, mine lasts about 2 hours. Original battery was down to 30 minutes last I used it, and the new one's down to 90 minutes after 8 months.
