I had to change the battery just before boarding and neglected to check that the cam was set on sports! That was a dissapointment when it came time to view/edit the raw video and I don't think I'll forget it again! I was jumping a demo canopy (Crossfire 2) and didn't stow the excess line corectly! Won't happen again! (just ordered my NEW Crossfire 2 yesterday!

I was there from Wed till Sun and on the first load! It was announced on the PA several times each day! I think some didn't take it seriously till after Sat! The collision was over the normal landing area, I had just gathered my gear and was walking from the the landing area when it happened right over my head, they impacted 6 ft to my right! This should also serve as an example that the skydive doesn't end when your feet are on the ground, you can become a statistic while walking to the packing area! That was a FUN jump! I had a great time meeting some new folks and getting re-acquainted with others and made some fun jumps! Best quote = "I like more penetration!"
