  1. Hence you weren't the one trying to correct me, just because that isn't how it is done the in the good ole US of A.
  2. Looks like this businessman didn't have to read his mind. Looks like there were abundent other signs.
  3. Since I live in Canada it is "honourable" for me. I know, it is hard to fathom there is actually something outside of the US.
  4. Actually the "resonable" man theory is abig part of civil law and is exactly what applies here. he reasonable should ahve known something wasn't right. Since he reasonable should ahve known that, he had the duty not to sell the weapon. He did anyways and therefor bears a portion of the liability.
  5. Weren't you the same guy screaming earlier that nobody could prove Bush was a criminal. I am surprised you are not still busy trying to remove a foot.
  6. And from the facts that came to light after your first post, that doesn't really seem to be such a bad thing. A "reasonable" man should have known something wasn't right. Hence, he bears some liability.
  7. Hey, when I fuck up royally and my employees walk into my office asking for an explanation, I will be the first to admit I made a mistake and that I really should have done something else. To me the dangerous guy is the one who cannot admit a mistake, blames his subordinates and changes the story to suit his needs.
  8. And it isn't ironic in the slightest that a fair number of posters on this forum who in the past have stated more than once that we should all support our soldiers no matter what, are actively going after Kerry? He went, fought, got wounded did things he shouldn't have done, not unlike many others in Vietnam, admitted it and tried to right a wrong. I know Vietnam continues ot be a really toucht subject for the US, but I didn't realize it was such a big secret that many an attrocity took place in that jungle. That to me is more honourable than being AWOL from the Air NG.
  9. I do differentiate, just certainly not as much when it comes to people vying for the position of President.
  10. Fair enough. I agree with you. But here is the question: when he does that and fucks up royally, killing thousands while it turns out that country was no thread to the US or the people in the US, do you think he should be re-elected?
  11. Trespassing is a crime, one you are comfortable with. By definition it makes you a criminal, obviously also something you seem to be comfortable with. I doubt you care what I think of it though. If I were an American I would be pretty sad that I had to discuss who is a bigger criminal between the two choices for president.
  12. Why is that Ron, is that because I don't see things your way? Enlighten me Ron, show me the truth.
  13. Yes Ghandi accomplished everything in his life by driving drunk and snorting coke. Yes, I get it, Bush deliberately drove drunk to show people something, now if I can only figure out the deeper meaning behind him driving drunk. Comparing Bush to these people is a joke.
  14. For me, his own actions speak for themselves. I could care less what you think of him. On the capital punishment, no crime should be punished by capital punishment. Justice system has a hard enough time convicting the right people.
  15. Criminal is a criminal. You have an alcoholic junky running the show. There is truly something to be proud of.
  16. That's funny, it would seem that all the spitting on veterans is done by followers of a leader that never even went.
  17. Really, then what do you call drunk driving? A civil violation? How about a little coke habit? Snorting coke not a crime in the US? I think you posted in the wrong thread Ron, this should have gone in the American jokes thread.
  18. Hey, I am equally as pissed off at my own government for not even admitting that a genocide is taking place. Unfortunately, it is America that has taken it upon themselves to portray this illusion of being the freedom fighters of the world. Don't get all pissy when you get called on it.
  19. Since you are the smart one on these forums, please do give your explanation. The latest justification for Iraq was/is that SH was a really bad man and neaded to go. Sudan is in the middle of a genocide. Vinny, why don't you tell us what the correct course of action is to stop this genocide?

  21. you are the one who started this challenge of "american" jokes. Are you all upset that people were able to find some? Unfortunately you are not superior to the Polish, French and Canadians. as a matter of fact I would venture to say that worldwide the Americans are the butt end of jokes more so then any other society on earth. But that is just from my little stereo type hole, I don't make it out into the real world as much as you do.
  22. I seriously doubt that, specially since it isn't my military. Doesn't answer the question though....try again.
  23. You need to have an open mind to see.......
  24. If Iraq wasn't about oil or WMD, but Iraq was about Saddam Hussain being an asshole and all the poor people tortured in Iraq.... If that was truly the case, then why isn't anybody doing anything about Sudan?
