Well I had to go into the store to have the issue resolved. When I got the BB Storm I put Visual Voicemail on it, and the woman who did my return didn't take it off even after I explicitly asked her to. So now I am actually happy with phone finally.

First the touch screen on my Storm wouldn't let me type what I wanted. So I got at 8830 WE and now this one won't tell me when I have a voicemail!

I second the Kayak recomendation... it actually searches all the other websites, including JetBlue and Southwest (I think), which most of the other sites don't search. You are never buying from them, they just link you to the cheapest fare out there.
