    I didn't mean it toward you. I was talking about the author. I haven't been to the netherlands and wasn't trying to imply that I have been everywhere. I was trying to simply say I don't feel we are slaves and I don't think its all that bad here.

    Bush is giving healthcare, Kerry is cutting taxes for big corporations. What the hell is going on in politics.

    Obviously somebody's glass is half empty. Go spend a little time in some countries where things arent so free and you will appreciate the small amount your required to pay and put up with to live in America. Its not a perfect system. But in my own humble and well traveled opinion its much better than most.

    There was a guy in my class that had 1 tandem. He had a lot to learn and struggled alot but he passed.

    I work for a complex litigation attorney (which makes me part evil I know, but jumping is expensive) If I can find some answers or help in anyway please let me know.

    Pardon me, I am still a lucky bastard. But now I live 2 hours from a small crag instead of 2 minutes from a big one.

    If I still lived in California, I would still be climbing often I think. I lived across the street from the Joshua Tree visitors center. I miss the desert.

    Climbing was all I did before selling my soul to the local DZ. Now I only climb when the DZ doesn't need me. I'm probably still a decent 5.10 but used to delve into the 11 and 12 range. Mostly a sport climber. Love the overhung face and hate cracks.
