I would have used a question mark after all but the last one, but thats because I've found you have to make it clear that you're asking a question if you expect an answer. I was totally expecting someone to come out with "..." is not actually an ellipse, but something else with a grammatical function.

Ellipses are the three dots... which are intended to indicate the omission of information, not a sentence break or the anticipation of more information.
