Getting out of the heat may be an issue... We're in a 'heat wave' right now. In a number of countries it's a minimum of 200[/] jumps to fly a camera set up, and even then a high percentage of people shouldn't be jumping one at that stage. Even if you do, it's going to be a while before anyone wants to pay your slots until you can prove you can actually fly your body to keep things in frame. Also, racking up jump numbers like this is not going to get you in a wingsuit any quicker. If someone showed up to me at jump 200 with 100 camera jumps, i'd tell them to do some more jumping. Learn how to actually fly your body, then come back. 200 jumps really isn't a lot. Forget about the wingsuit for now and instead get to the DZ, jump your ass off and have as much fun as you can while doing it. Learn as much as you can, and just skydive. Then, a couple of years down the line, when you have some good experience behind you, think again about getting into wingsuiting. The sky will always be there. No need to rush. I personally wouldn't use the BASE pouch for skydiving use. I've witnessed too many premature deployments from using it in a skydiving environment, one resulting in a cutaway. There's no need at all to use it while skydiving, your BOC works just fine ;) The only exception really is if you're training muscle memory for BASE. As some of you may be aware, during April our good friend James Boole had an accident while filming for a Russian TV project. Due to focussing on the subject he was filming, and while flying into a snow filled volcano he became disorientated and impacted into the ground before his BASE canopy had a chance to deploy and is extremely lucky to still be alive.
