  1. Should is not the same as must, so it is only wishy washy in that they want it to happen without it being required, however, there is the reported case of a rigger being reprimanded by the FAA... People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  2. If a person has already removed it, then it is a big deal because it must be reinstalled, replacement parts may have to be bought. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  3. I agree with you, that by their wording, the RSL is not required to be present. No matter how strongly they recommend against it, it is allowed. I don't see how it could be interpreted any other way. This is their written position, it shouldn't matter what else was said at some conference. If they wanted it to be interpreted differently, then other language should have been used. If the "approved configuration" part of their statement was important to this discussion, then they should not have left it open with "highly discouraged" and "not recommended". Those words do not mean "not allowed". People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am

  5. Everybody should be taking a look at that hypoxia video. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  6. It is fortunate for Boeing that Airbus is so hindered by the competing countries involved. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  7. I think this is about the tuck tabs part of the riser covers (not the secondary cover along the reserve sides). The main risers can go under both covers at this point. Wings containers don't allow it, but Kelly F confirmed it was OK for the Infinity. 8. That is not logical. The cause effect relationship may be present, maybe not. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  9. . It wasn't all that I said, as if I'm the first person to throw in a little humor once in a while. So, you would say that the worst states in some particular statistic are RTW states, therefore the fact of being an RTW state is what causes that poor result. I thought the witch made of wood was a good analogy to that position... People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  10. Perhaps RTW states are more rural, with more farming, which might be more dangerous, or who knows what else might be influencing the result. You don't know, you have presumed. Of course it is easy to assume a link, people make similar assumptions about cause and effect all the time, doesn't make them any more right than you. So, why do witches burn? (Cleese's beanie would make a pretty good frap hat). People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  11. All wood burns states Sir Bedevere, therefore he concludes all that burns is wood... Ohio is a RTW state, and there are lots of unions. You are quite right to assert that there is no reason to attribute the membership in the RTW states as the cause of some difference in safety and payrates. What bullshit. That would, as you said, assume no other important drivers in the result. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  12. This is a great place to have a debate/argument, to offer facts, suggest other viewpoints, remind people of perspectives and previous history, however your commands to do or not do something carry no weight here. wii!

I am looking at getting that game for my sons..who are 7 and 9....but am hesitant because of the Teen rating on it. Would it really be inappropriate for kids their age??? I've watched a bunch of it for the last 3 days, and I don't see a problem. Very mild animated violence. No worse than Spyro the Dragon on Playstation. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  14. Right, I remember now a suggestion to count to 30 quickly by 3's. I realize the best way would be for everyone to go to a chamber and experience it first hand, but that isn't going to happen. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  15. She's a pretty cute bald chick! So, she doesn't want people to touch her... Now, they'll be wanting to rub her head, among other things. 18. Bullshit What is bullshit about it? What would you suggest the US could do to stop it? I'm sure there are things that could be improved, what do you think? It is easy to say that we're doing nothing to stop it, because as you cross the border, you don't have to pass through US authorities inspecting vehicles and such for weapons, it is Canadian authorities that must do it, and the opposite is true on the way back (I think that is true). The same could be said of illegals coming from Mexico - Mexican officials don't inspect you on the way into the US. However, the fact that the Mexican government provides advice on how to do it is a crucial distinction. That was my point. There is nothing unique about the fact that it is the country you are going into that does the inspecting. What do you expect that the US should do to prevent weapons from being smuggled across the border? I don't think Canadian authorities would want to rely on the US to do the inspections. wii!

You can just turn off the internet access. My kids have had their wii for a week. I really like it. The controls are simpler, and you have to do more than just move fingers. My kids were sweating after playing the boxing game! People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  20. I think that is not true, a company can, and has, had thugs to harm workers. You don't have to go back 120 years to find it, but I agree with you that it is a lot less likely than the unions doing it. It doesn't have to be the union sanctioning it, just guys that are very pro-union will do it all on their own. That is the reality. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  21. It was mentioned that the ability to see colors gets reduced. I wonder if that might be a good way to self test for hypoxia. Look at a poster with a old style TV type of color bar pattern, if the colors are clear, then OK? Of course you might just say yes to yourself no matter what. Are there some self test methods that are commonly used? People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  22. Not everyone wants to be in a union. Sounds like they are trying to protect worker's rights. Exactly right. A worker has more to fear from pro-union people if he votes against the union (or resfuses to sign a petition) than he ever would from an employer if he voted in favor of a union. Oh yes, employers are SO benign. Try Googling "Haymarket riots". That is so weak! An incident 120 years ago is not relevant to the relative power to intimidate by unions or companies. I agree completely with Willard that individual workers have much more to fear from unions than companies. 24. If it is possible to be befuddled, then it should be possible to be fuddled. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
  25. That is funny. It doesn't make elections more honest. It simply allows for intimidation. You apparently have had your fill of secret elections. Cowards? Running from the truth? This is more than your usual share of bullshit. Of course it impedes unionization, because it impedes intimidation. A secret ballot is necessary for privacy. Kinda like 1=1, the identity principle. You ask a lot of questions of other people, how about addressing the questions I put to you in post #66? People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
