Well I started with Static Line. And when I started Freefall I used a pull out. And after about 30 jumps on it I started using throw out(BOC) and I will never go back. I like just grabbing and tossing.

Well I don't have a favorite plane. As long as it gets me air borne.

Well first thing is I wouldn't recommend a cobalt for a newer person. It's a high performance canopie like a stiletto. A safire is a little better it's only semi elliptical. If it's not being loaded to heavy it might me a good choice. Depending on experience. Personaly I wouldn't recommend a spectre. They have some good things but there are some bad things to. With my jumps on a spectre I felt it didn't have the glide rate I wanted, and also it wouldn't get the surf like a saber would. I feel that 7 cells are ment to be reserves. If I were you I would go for a 9 cell.

Ive landed 3 times. Twice when I was really little. And once last summer when I did a ride along with out DZ pilot on the last load. But My Bro has been in a plane around 150 times and never landed.

That's cool that you do ceremonies. SCR's at my DZ happen almost every weekend. And we havn't ever had a things for getting them. Maybe that's something I'll hafta work on changing this year.

I really don't think the USPA would do that. The A license brings in more income than any other License they have. that is money they use to keep us going. In my opinion I don't think they will.

How do they perform compaired to the stilletto? Better?? Worse?? In what ways?? Thanx for the info.

Another cool thing about air locks it they stay inflated until after the surf is over. There for making longer surfs. With normal Ram Air canopies like Stiletto, when you flare it kills some of the compression in the canopie. What it does is pushes some of the air in the canopie out the nose while your flaring. Where as airlocks help prevent that. I would think that the hook turns and things like that would be the same. As long as your loading it the same.

Well the Pro's are it is much more stable of a air foil. It will go through turbulance and things of that sort better. Because it won't collapse like normal ram air's. Con's are Packing sux, trying to get the air out is not fun. And also trying to get it to collapse in high winds isn't fun either.
