VanillaSkyGirl 6 #1 June 26, 2003 Since I am fairly new to skydiving, I have been trying to learn a little of everything. However, I want to tighten my focus to more serious RW. Since I am both a verbal AND a visual person, I would like to buy videos that have excellent 2-way, 4-way, 8-way, etc. action. Can anyone recommend serious videos in which I can study the exits and moves that I would like to eventually do? I am also interested in any recommended books, especially those with diagrams of formations. Please post soon as I would like to order the videos today as I am going on an overseas vacation tomorrow. That they'll arrive before I return from my trip. Thank you, in advance. Edited to add: If you can just direct me to a website that would be cool, also. I have until tomorrow morning before I leave. quade 3 #2 June 26, 2003 http://www.airspeed.org/tshirts_videos.htm You may want to find a fairly good RW flyer to watch 499 with your first time through it.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
VanillaSkyGirl 6 #3 June 26, 2003 Oh, you read my mind. Thank you so much!!!
 Mad47 0 #4 June 27, 2003 Best of Airspeed is my favorite one. You can watch this tape every day and never get bored and always learn something new.. I think 499 with somebody to explain what the different people are actually doing might be the better choice.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
 smooth 0 #6 June 27, 2003 Quade's recommendations are excellent!! The videos (4'99 & 8'99) also come with a book! If money is a factor check out GK4002 ( http://www.skyleague.com/NSLShop.html). For the price - $10 - you might want to get it anyway. It shows the Golden Knights doing all of the current blocks and randoms but there's no explaination. Information is power and exposing yourself to a wide variety of skydiving will allow you to better define your path in the sport. -dvg
 Mad47 0 #8 June 27, 2003 Can I be that somebody to explain ?
