the heatwave is a stilletto with a different name on the side

Do you mean literally or figuratively...?

The heatwave is manufactured by PISA in South Africa using Gelvenor zero-p fabric. It was introduced after the Stiletto and was designed to compete with it in the high performance market.

When I last jumped one, I found it to turn much faster then my stiletto, would dive quicker, and had a comparable flare and similar recovery arc.

Having owned both canopies in the same size I can definitely tell you that they are not the same canopy.

The Heatwave turns a bit faster but the Stiletto does not have near the amount of oversteer that the Heatwave does. Also, the bottom-end lift on the Stiletto was much stronger than on the Heatwave.

Never jumped a Paradactal....
My first main was a Raven II...It was hot shit then/there. Its what my instructor jumped.

I have jumped a Unit, but thats about as far back.

Unless you count 30 something T-10 jumps.
