howardwhite 4 #27 January 20, 2009 Nope. I have enough trouble with mine. (but seriously, Photoshop does wonders with making those faded old scrapbook pictures look almost like the day they came back from wherever you had them developed.) HW
kkeenan 13 #28 January 21, 2009 QuoteThe “Gone With The Wind” cartoon that howardwhite posted was so entirely true to Spaceland at that time that I (and probably a few others (Wendy?)) can still put names on the characters.… It's pretty easy to spot Dave Boatman in that one. I still have not seen any of the cartoons Joe published in the Honolulu newspaper, where I remember him telling he was a cartoonist. oldwomanc6 38 #33 January 16, 2015 fastphilSay it ain't so, Joe. Another year gone I only met him once, but knew of him, by reputation. At Coolidge, AZ, two weeks before his death (New Year's eve), mrowc6, and I were on a 24-way with him (three still out). He sat next to me on the way up and we chatted. I was saddened to hear that he had died.lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB
