It has it's rules, fast airplanes (Otter and 2 - Beech 99's) and a huge landng area. There is much speculation on how Bill Dause keeps his prices so low, but it's something I feel uncomfortable asking him ( I think it would be rather rude to do so). All I know is Bill is not just a DZO, he is a skydiver as well! I often see him doing fun jumps with customers, the Red Dogs, and he also does tandems as well. I do remember a conversation one day at Lodi on the creeper pad and someone said "Bill is a skydiver, he loves the sport and he wants one location where it is still affordable" I would say he has successfully done that.
