slotperfect 7 #2 October 13, 2004 What a great article! Congrats to both of you! I know you invited Micheal Futch to come back out and make a skydive of his own, right!?!?! Cheers,Arrive Safely John
Brian425 0 #3 October 13, 2004 Congrats. Sounds like you have a wonderful daughter. It also speaks well of her parents. The only time you should look down on someone is when you are offering them your hand.
mjosparky 3 #4 October 13, 2004 You should be very proud. She sounds like she has her head on straight. What a thrill it must be to jump with you daughter. SparkyMy idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

SkymonkeyONE 3 #8 October 14, 2004 What a nice newspaper story. Hey, doesn't Autumn still owe me a packjob for doing those AFF jumps with her? See you both this weekend, Chuck

AdrenalineBluez 0 #10 October 16, 2004 That ROCKS!!! Very cool story!!! Not to change the direction of the thread I do have a question. I have only been jumping a VERY short time. However, my son (14) wants to go so badly he can taste it. I know the age limit of 18 as posted by the USPA? I also noted that a legally notarized waiver as per the story can bypass that??? Is that DZ specific??? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated... PM so I dont mess with the thread... Thanks!!! Shannon "Uh oh! This is gonna hurt!" BlueSBDeath 2 #11 October 16, 2004 It is indeed dropzone driven!! Some do not want to take the chance of injuring a minor, or anyone else for that matter. Just shop for a minor friendly DZ, and ensure the instructors are on the top of there game, small AFF students pose very significant challenges.
