Cool site for winds surface-aloft and temps

Recommended Posts

Here is the link for you all. I work with this all the time. You just type in the 4 letter (icao) identifier for the closest airport that reports weather and you can get the readouts. There is a graphic with the temp and dewpoint soundings and it is put in a simpler form at the bottom of the graph. This data is usual available every hour. I use it for briefing our balloon pilots and I also use it for our military pilots for their low-level routes. I have also taken it to the DZ and showed the DZ how to access it on the web.
