Skydive Arizona Landing Policy

... An experienced canopy pilot approached this instructor about the issue. His answer, "Dude i work here i'm fine." It's these pricks we need to pay attention to not the safe swoopers.

Therein lies the subtle political dilemma.

How do you discretely tell an instructor/coach/load organizer that you expect him to lead by example ... a good example?

We had this problem a few years ago: an instructor who insisted on flying his own "unique" swoop pattern. The boss angrily told him "If you do that again you are fired!" A few weeks later he got fired.
