SpeedRacer 1 #14 July 30, 2006 Here in Frederick, Maryland, USA, we had a thing called the Snallygaster. google it, if you want. Basically a big flying pterodactyl-like thing that sucked people's blood. During the Prohibition era it was a popular legend in Maryland. Then it flew over a huge still in the Appalachian mountains & fell into a giant vat of illegal whiskey. It died happy, I suppose.
