ReBirth 0 #1 September 16, 2005 Why is it so obvious to me that our gov't has no clue what the fuck it is talking about? __________ "Bush described the hurricane's aftermath as "days of sorrow and outrage," and he said the nation had "witnessed the kind of desperation no citizen of this great and generous nation should ever have to know." ______________ No shit, Sherlock!! Thanks to the incompetence of the beuracracy you created, dumb ass! ________________ "Four years after the frightening experience of Sept. 11, Americans have every right to expect a more effective response in a time of emergency," the president said. When the government fails to meet such an obligation, Bush said, "I as president am responsible for the problem, and for the solution." _____________ Many of us have told you all along that your policies and principals have been entirely useless in protecting the American People. They have only served to benefit your acquaintences. The current gov't has used this opportunity to create an experimental zone of school vouchers, no wage requirements, no affirmative action, no trade restictions, and no environmental safeguards. Look at the actual bills they've passed to approve funding for rebuilding and look at the stipulations that they've included. Outrageous! Disgusting! Tyranical!! Why don't more people see the truth?!? I tend to consider myself a very logical person and a good student of history. The current state of affairs scares the shit out of me. Think of the dustbowl in the American midwest. The depression. The famine in Ireland...somalia...ethiopia! Nazi Germany 60 years ago!! People forget that this world is fucked up. We're lucky enough to live in peaceful times. But this ain't the way it usually is. If people with a fucking brain aren't in power, we're going back down the shithole. Yeah....that's extreme, but it's not impossible. I'm preparing...are you?

tcnelson 1 #4 September 16, 2005 could you make that bunker a two-seater gmaster? i thought that all this time it took study of history and research of current events and a careful formulation of an opinion based on logic and reasoning to be useful in the current society but, boy have i been proven wrong. all joking aside...we have plenty of passion and almost no wisdom/experience amongst the masses. well...if i can't beat 'em, join 'em, right?
