Right, because no A&P has ever messed up and forgotten to fasten the cowling back on an RJ which then fell off on landing at O'Hare. Yep, it's all the pilot and ground ops fault. Me thinks I remember a 747 being taxied by some fast thinking A&Ps who forgot to start the correct engines that had the hydraulic pumps on them and they had no brakes. Ran it right into a ditch. Yep.
