hexadecimal 0 #1 April 28, 2005 Took my new car out for it's first track day on Monday... my friend took some very cool pictures so I figured I'd share. I've got some in-car video that I'll post once I have a chance to rip it down to a more web friendly size and put it up somewhere :) Password is "speed" http://photobucket.com/albums/y189/MikeAR303/

hexadecimal 0 #5 April 28, 2005 Where do you work? Sounds like a fun job :) It's really a color that you either love or hate... but you have to see it in person to judge (it doesn't photograph well).

flyingferret 0 #9 April 28, 2005 Did you get it in Chitown? Did you work with Steve at the dealership? Just curious.-- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.

flyingferret 0 #11 April 28, 2005 Yeah, I know Bill (jr) (Dealer Principal) casually. Very good people. I had him looking for a VW R32 for me for a bit. He will be my first call if I ever get to make the upgrade to an exotic.-- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
hexadecimal 0 #12 April 28, 2005 R32s are awesome cars... I've been trying to get one of my friends to buy one (so that I can drive it once in a while) for a long time now
flyingferret 0 #13 April 28, 2005 Yeah, I just could not float the mooolah. Got this instead. Almost as nice, and so much mod potential and community it is amazing.-- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
hexadecimal 0 #14 April 28, 2005 Nice! I had a Jetta (well... 2 if you count the one that got wrecked)... fun cars, and the blue gauges are awesome
flyingferret 0 #15 April 28, 2005 Not to keep the thread alive for my own purposes...hehe, but that thing rocks. The regular jetta is nice, the GLI is SAWEET! I would love AWD and VR6 of the R32, and it would make a difference on the track. But the GLI is a hell of a daily driver.-- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
