psipike02 0 #1 July 22, 2005 So on top of my internship for the summer and stuff, I've decided that I need more ways of getting money to pay for skydiving. Having already considered selling myself and taking up drugs, i figured that those wouldn't be the best ideas and theres too much legal (or should I say illegal stuff involved). So I've found something that's legal....helps people and allows me to earn money. DONATING PLASMA....I've already donated a gallon and a pint (9 pints total) of blood and I know plasma is different but thats ok. It pays almost $35 each time and I can go twice a week. I could do it enough to pay for skydives in the future too.... What do you guys think? RevJim 0 #3 July 22, 2005 Been there, done that. I did my part in making the drug companies richer. I now donate either platelets or whole blood (I'm O-) at my local center. I no longer get paid for it, but the feeling I get is much more rewarding. Last time I donated plasma was ~1991. The scar is still there, and that's the site that's used to this day for blood donation.It's your life, live it!
