sundevil777 93 #1 February 6, 2006 That was really pathetic. Looked like he's having a seizure. I hate it when they put too much of their own style on it. Aretha wasn't much better, obviously can't hit the high notes anymore.People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am

sundevil777 93 #4 February 6, 2006 You'd think a singer would be able to just do it straight. At least he didn't spit People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. Zee 0 #9 February 6, 2006 Agreed - Hopefully this will put an end to the Super Bowl renditions of our national anthem. Personally, I think it's pretty good "as is" Action©Sports
Raefordite 0 #10 February 6, 2006 Good thing they had an entire choir as back up to give they vocal sound a little quality and filler for when Neville was singing.
pjchis 0 #11 February 6, 2006 No kidding. Man, I'm glad I'm not the only person that though that was he sounded super weak.
sundevil777 93 #12 February 6, 2006 Some famous singers are able to put their ego aside and do it straight. Aron is not one of them. A different anthem, but the best rendition of Oh Canada was when Geddy Lee of RUSH did it before a baseball playoff game. He did it beautifully. I sure would like to hear him do the star spangled.People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. skycat 0 #14 February 6, 2006 All the singers this year sucked, I swear it's like they went "OK who could sing 20 years ago? Great lets bring them in for the pre-game show, anthem, and half-time show, this is going to be the best superbowl ever".Fly it like you stole it!
