Except for becoming mentally unstable, wanting to cry for stupid shit and hallucinating in the dark, I found it suprisingly easy as long as I kept myself busy! As soon as I sat down or rested in any way it would hit me real hard. As soonas I got moving again it was OK. Never really want to repeat it though.
