I can do a pretty mean grill. My grandfather used to do this potatoe, onion, green pepper, garlick and some spice thing wrapped up in foil on the grill and it was the best damn thing ever. I can get it close but I just cannot get that grandfather touch taste yet. Maybe someday. MMMMM I can smell it cooking now.

Ok... I know this thread is a few weeks old... but grilling was explored while I was on vacation...

My friends and I made Kababs... chopped up various vegetables (Squash, zukini, bell pepers, mushrooms, and beef cut in Chunks and seasoned...)

we also made "Shrimp on the Barby" (said with an aussy accent) and my friend Christine grilled a lobster tail...
