Mental Training for Skydiving and Life

Recommended Posts

Yep. It give good basic mental training advice for skydivers. Well worth picking up if you're interested in getting involved in a team. It's pretty easy to read, but of course, it's harder to actually put into practice. But that's the same of any book related to mental training.

Very good book for any individual who wants to open their mind and learn...not only about how -they- tick but perhaps give insight into those around you as well.

Highly recommend.
