is it TSO aproved?

Atmosphere doesn't have TSO.
Legaly you can use it in USA only if you are non USA resident.

No, and the company owner says he does not plan to obtain TSO.

Otherwise it's a good container at a great price. I like it way better than the other Russian containers.

I've put approximately 450 jumps on Quest. I've also jumped it in the States. Good container. Still, I like my Javelin better

Ok, what if I am USPA member, live in USA, but not resident? And what is the price of the container?

Why would you buy something without TSO or JTSO certification?In 2 years,maybe some chinese guy will do the same thing and try to sell it on Ebay...Let them get all the certifications and we will see after.Until then,get a used good one ,probably your best shot.

It costs 980 usd with standart options which incude hip rings. I have seen quite few of them, but they were made well, we also have one Quest student container at our DZ, no bad response. But in your plase I'd better choose something of US manufacturer, especially regarding future support question. And remember to add sending cost
