Every year, the SPAM-A-RAMA is held in Austin with all sorts of SPAM eating contests, cooking contests, SPAM calls, etc. I go for the atmosphere and the music, and purely to KEEP AUSTIN WEIRD!!

I got hooked on Musubi living in Hawaii. Damn best hangover munchies in the morning I can think of. Now hubby begs me to make it here.

Slice up spam, fry it crispy, coat with teriaki sauce, slap onto a brick of sticky rice, wrap in nori (seaweed). Voila! Musubi!
