And do get some excercise, if you aren't already. Swimming or another warm indoor activity really lifts the mood when it's cold outside. Get a computer game or watch your favourite TV programme. Take the time to varnish your toe nails, and it will soon be better. Spring is here soon, daylight is returning. no reason to be depressed. And some of my tulips are already peeking up thru the soil. We have lots of wild cherry trees already in bloom in the woods here.
