unlucky1 0 #1 March 21, 2007 These moose were in my backyard this weekend. There were 3 of them. I believe one was momma, and the other 2 were 2nd year. They've been hanging out around our yard quite a bit lately. There is another momma with a baby that has been hanging around our yard from time to time also. 5 different moose must feel really safe in our yard. Their stomachs are not made to digest anything else but twigs this time of year. If they ate real food, it would probably kill them fast.
