Fucking thieves (lenghty)

Recommended Posts

Background: me-US Marine, situation, on a training detachment at north island naval station (i love the wing) i bring my white PSP i bought in Singapore, im the only person in my squadron with a white PSP that still works.

occurance-day before we go back up to MCAS Miramar (again i love the wing) my white PSP gets stolen from my workshop, im pissed about it getting stolen and im content on finding the mofo and getting it back

current day-turning in some tools at work and i see someone playing with a white PSP, i ask to see it and he lets me, damn thing has my game in it, with my save that he's playing, and with my porn that i left on it. its my goddamn PSP! well needdless to say i have to get to the bottom of this, he tells me that he bought it off some sailor for 40 bucks, goddamn navy (not bashing all of them).

mood-happy i got it back, now i want to strangle the guy who took it, and yes the guy i found with it is a suspect.

Good!
Have him point out the butt plug.

Option A (if he can): Kick the sailor's ass
Option B (if he can't): Kick the guy's ass

Be sure to thank him, whoever it is, for the glorious fun you had.
My reality and yours are quite different.
I think we're all Bozos on this bus.

You know, it's a good lesson to not leave valuable things lying around.

If this guy actually took your PSP, you think he'd be playing with it out in the open? Seems a bit foolish.

I find the best way to avoid theft is to not give people the opportunity in the first place.

1. You give thieves too much credit for intelligence.
2. You give Marines too much credit for intelligence.

First line out out of a thief's mouth is:
"I bought it from..."
OK, show me the receipt.
I didn't get one.
MEDIC!
Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I used to work for a guy that had a brand new black mustang GT. It got stolen 2 weeks after he bought it. He was beside himself pissed.
Anyhow, he got another one with the insurance.

2 weeks later one of my co-workers shows up with his nice new black mustang GT.

Nobody thought that much about it.

One night a few months later my co-worker gets pulled over for something stupid, and it turns out he has a bogus tag and registration.

They trace the VIN number and guess who's car it turns out to be?

Some folks are just so dumb it defies comprehension.

I know a guy from high school that needed tires for his Camaro. He worked for a Chevy dealer at the time. Well he had the sense not to steal them from the dealer that he worked for but stole a set of wheels and tires off a car at a dealer in the next town. Not just any run of the mill wheels that would blend in but some kind of custom things that were red and chrome. When asked where he got them,"I bought them off of some guy in town for $200. I think he actually got off on that one.
