OMFG Low Pull

That there is suicidal, and a perfect example of what not to do. I don't care how good you are!

It's an example of a mistake. It wasn't intentional to be THAT low. BASE wing suit proximity flying often equals very little to no ground rush then a realization of beeing way to low followed by pulling and crossing your fingers.

He screwed up and got away with it. I just wish they didn't cut the scene short.

My mistake. I'm still in my infancy in the sport.....and will be for quite some time. To me, that looked intensional because I didn't know any better; hence why I said what I said. Thank you for correcting me.

Don't think it's a basejumper in this one... but this one always gets me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GufHPcYE8-s and this one as well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoX7ytjpCxk.

I vote this as a pretty valid "OMFG Low Pull":http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21mgVmP7WCo

My personal Fav...

Pull Higher

(Look carefully the second time through at the climbers just below the exit point - big wall guys call it the "alarm clock" on El Cap)

P.S. No...that's not El Cap.

I watched that one a while back on skydivingmovies.com... if I recall correctly, he said he simply "forgot to pull," after getting distracted by the other jumper. Wow. Got away with that one.

If you're going to pull that low, there is no point in brake releases on the rig; Just terminate the steering lines on the connector links with the suspension lines. No chance of a brake releasing during deployment.

Was it intentional? It is entirely conceivable that this was intentional given the abilities of some current BASE Wingsuit Jumpers. He passes over the first clearing, flies over trees, then pulls over the second clearing. However, I can only dream of having that reality ... If intentional, he is amazing. If accident, he is lucky and better be learning (or else he'll be dying).
