1969912 0 #1 September 6, 2007 Could this have been intentional? Sounds like the jumper says something at ~1:13. Not sure what though. http://youtube.com/watch?v=qljt9zXpeK4 "Once we got to the point where twenty/something's needed a place on the corner that changed the oil in their cars we were doomed . . ." -NickDG
iluvtofly 0 #2 September 6, 2007 I think I may have seen that video before on skydivingvideos.com. Whether that was intentional or not that's just nuts.

To me, that looked intensional because I didn't know any better; hence why I said what I said. I watched that one a while back on skydivingmovies.com... if I recall correctly, he said he simply "forgot to pull," after getting distracted by the other jumper. Wow. If you're going to pull that low, there is no point in brake releases on the rig; Just terminate the steering lines on the connector links with the suspension lines. No chance of a brake releasing during deployment."There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones. Butters 0 #15 September 7, 2007 Was it intentional? It is entirely conceivable that this was intentional given the abilities of some current BASE Wingsuit Jumpers. He passes over the first clearing, flies over trees, then pulls over the second clearing. However, I can only dream of having that reality ... If intentional, he is amazing. If accident, he is lucky and better be learning (or else he'll be dying)."That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch
