If, for example you went on 1 quick breakwhile a call came in and someone died as a result, technically, you could have a lot of explaining to do. And I think that's total horse shit. You shouldn't have to submit to such conditions and your employer shouldn't be putting people at risk by being understaffed. "just part of the job"?
