CSpenceFLY 1 #2 April 6, 2009 That sux. I feel for you. My last went 6 weeks before I went to the Dr. Finally got so I could sleep on Ambien and now I've been off the Ambien since The Fitz boogie. I'm hoping it doesn't come back but I'm going to get the refill of the Ambien that I have coming.
skydiverbry 0 #3 April 6, 2009 Don't like the drug thing.I did try Ambien before and it never really did work for me. Right now I think my man problem is simple stress. I was so tired at 7pm,now I close my eye and my mind lights upBry -------------------------------------------------- Growing old is mandatory.Growing up is optional!! SkyBastard 0 #4 April 6, 2009 i'm the same, i went to bed at 11, woke up at 2 now completely awake. my brain has no natural sleep rhythem at all. the mind racing thing at night is so annoying, i'll be a zombie tomorrow, or worse i'll fall asleep in the afternoon and have no chance of sleeping tomorrow night. this happens too often to me and i hate wasting days! grrr. mind you, turning the laptop off might help..Dude #320 "Superstitious" is just a polite way of saying "incredibly fucking stupid". DONK!
Coreece 190 #5 April 6, 2009 Quote i'll fall asleep in the afternoon and have no chance of sleeping tomorrow night. this happens too often to me and i hate wasting days! grrr. Man, I know...I've been trying to get back on a "normal" sleeping schedule ever since my last bout....I thought I was gonna triumph today but ended up falling asleep around 6:30pm...got up at 10pm....It's weird because now I'm hoping for a small dose of insomnia to keep me up 24 hours so I can fall asleep at 10pm tonight.....It also doesn't help that I seem to be naturally nocturnal....it's constantly a fight, insomnia or not. One good thing is that when I feel an episode comming on...I try to get all the weeks work done in 30-40 hours straight before zombie time.... I know insomnia sucks, but if I have most of my resopnsibilities taken care of, I sometimes enjoy the extra hours to experience life... Quote mind you, turning the laptop off might help.. +1Your secrets are the true reflection of who you really are...
Iceburner 0 #6 April 6, 2009 i got it tonight as well...it's now 0231, and i have to be up in 3 hours....not the least bit tired, and i only slept till 0900 this morning....o well, i did manage to write deployment orders for my platoon (64 Marines) and finish up a teaching application so i can teach classes to said Marines while on said deployment, and finished my finances, played a video game, did my taxes, etc. i figure i might as well get as much done as possible so i can survive being a zombie tomorrow...or later today...however you look at it
