The ultimate Turducken?

Recommended Posts

This is a meal that would make Madden drool all over the oversized seats in his bus. Apparently the Romans would eat a meal that consisted of a chicken to be stuffed inside a duck, the duck inside a pig and then the pig inside a cow and then roasted.

Anyone else hungry? Who wants to service this at Thanksgiving instead of the much less impressive Turducken?

Made one for Christmas dinner with family today. Cornbread and sausage stuffing between the meat layers. I married into a Holderman Mennonite family so they are used to pretty ordinary and traditional meals. This however, was a big hit. They're getting used to me doing Cajun and Creole meals for them.
It's a gift, I don't try to explain it.
