So look for cotton and beef prices to spike as well.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
Halfpastniner 0 #6 May 16, 2011 I have made a total of 10 jumps this year. And 8 of those were tandems for my rating course. I probably had close to 100 on the season this time last year! Can't wait to move out of this shithole of a state.BASE 1384

LongWayToFall 0 #9 May 16, 2011 Today is my B-Day, and all I had planned was going skydiving. As you so excellently described it, the "fucking rain" fucked those plans right up. Damn. O well, thursday I am jumping out of a B17, so that will make up for it!!

MikeJD 0 #12 May 17, 2011 QuoteMost of my state is on fire...could we borrow some rain? Hey, we've even had forest fires over here - although like everything else in the UK, they're pretty mild by comparison - more of a smoulder, really. We've had the sunniest spring in years - it's been beautiful - which doesn't help those in the rainy states, I know. Of course, everything has a downside. We've now got a summer drought to look forward to.
