When there are larger numbers of women in any given arena... like college enrollment, society pats them on the back and says: "yea! ... congrats on that!" When there are higher numbers of males, like CEOs or doctors, then suddenly society shifts to a place where men haven't EARNED their positions... and we now need laws to "equalize" the numbers. Why haven't we done the common sense math that men and women are different, both biologically and chemically, and simply do not choose the SAME careers and the SAME activities with "equal" consistency.
