I know nothing about Canberra, know next to nothing about whales (they're mammals, so that puts me one step up from nothing), but I will say that is the strangest-looking balloon I have ever seen.

Its kind of like Washington DC, they built Canberra, the capital of Australia because they couldnt agree if Sydney or Melbourne should be the capital.
