Nitro Rigging WS

Recommended Posts

Thinking about ordering a custom WS from Nitro Rigging (the Pipistrellus). Any experience with their suits? Tony Suits has a 16 week wait, Phoenix Fly has outsourced their manufacturing (or so I hear) and I need a damn squirrel suit ASAP! From what I know Nitro suits are solid but I've only known one guy who used them. Any opinions would be helpful

Phoenix Fly has outsourced their manufacturing

Really, since when? Because Robi made no mention of it a couple weeks ago... PF's lead time last I heard was around 12 weeks, with the V4 having a significantly larger lead.

As for Nitro Rigging, I jump at Deland and have seen a couple of his suits on the ground. Haven't been in the air with another person wearing one. What would you like to know (if I can answer)?

Phoenix-Fly has not outsourced manufacturing. Im always curious who comes up with those kind of fake rumors.

Leadtime is around 11 weeks on the P2, Shadow, Venom, Ghost etc
Only the V4 has longer leadtimes. All suits are made in the same place they've always been made, with Robert himself in the factory almost daily for R&D and quality control.

The information page on www.phoenix-fly.com always has the up to date lead times for all products listed.

For the V4, that currently is 5 months (high demand). All other suits are at 6 weeks (as we keep two seperate production lines, to prevent the high V4 demand 'leaking' into the other lead times.)
We've also added personel to the V4 production line, so those lead times are also slowly coming down.
