But how is that possible? Say you own a mine. You make an even trade with your miners of money for their time and effort in diggin coal out of the ground. So: the miners have money, you have coal, all square. You then take the coal to the market where you make an even trade with an energy company who give you money in exchange for the coal and for your time and expenditure incurred in providing it for them.
