  1. What type support would satisfy you , Mr Quade ? And speciffically which claims are you doubtin' ? Peace, Jim B.
  2. I've never said that and I've never held a "slave mindset". I don't know what your issues are,( oh wait a second , Yes I do !!! I've talked with some of your ex girlfreinds! LOL!! )Peace, Jim B. I
  3. Would it suprise you to know , Andy, That at least one feral judge has testified that the 16 th Amendment was never properly ratified? Instead of just pointing out what you believe to be a "Troll" why don't you research and take on these legitimate arguments? You may learn something Counselor. If you pay close attention you may even learn that you and I are God. Peace, Jim B.
  4. [reply Kennedy, would you read the bottom of page 22 and the top of page 23 and then come back and tell us about Federal judges and the income tax? OK, so you found one exerpt from one case not related to tax law. Considering your posts in this thread, I think it would be inappropriate for you claim judges are always correct, don't you? In this case, the judge was wrong. Quote No Kennedy, please just tell us all what that feral judge said and exactly what he said regarding the 16th amendment and how other courts would work with that same knowledge. Please be absolutely truthful as your credibility is relying on it! Besides , I AM(Jim B) WHO AM (Jim B) is watching!! You won't get away with any bullshit! Peace, Jim B.
  5. Simple fact is ,Kennedy, sure these feral judges are guaranteed a certain income. Thing is if they please the powers they can move up a knotch and have an even greater income. And that's how things work isn't it? Tow the line boy and we'll give you a promotion. I say fuck all that! By Jesus' decree I am God !! There can be no promotions and certainly no government shoud expect me to pay tribute to them. I am a Free Man. I am required to pay tribute to no man. God is my Father and I am his Son. He who is ALL OF THE AGES requires that I disregard the laws of man and abide strictly by His law, regardless of earthly or human consequence. God the Father has forbid me to pay income tax. "Render unto Ceaser what is Ceasers'" , He says. Knowing full well that nothing really belongs to Ceaser! All belongs to the Creator, the Divine Architect. Ceaser owns nothing so pay him what he is due. The Great Architect who designed this earth may be due some tribute. Live a good life and I'm certain he will call the books square. Peace, Jim Brown
  6. So , do you believe that any Federal judge would do what is Right , or would they protect their income at your expense? Peace, Jim Brown
  7. QuoteBtw: it's dudette...& puss in the feminine form Quote Oh!! You're a softail! Well you know, they say that the gals are better at takin' pain. Something about "built for child birth" and like yanking a Volkswagon through a nostril. Hope you get it worked out ! Peace, Jim Brown
  8. OK Kennedy, you know more than a federal judge. You are right and it must be I who is so very wrong. As Andy says my position is absolutely ludicrous and I'm just a troll attempting to gain a reaction from you! But then there is the case of Donald Sullivan vs United States of America .Federal court. March 21, 2003. Eastern District of North Carolina . Kennedy, would you read the bottom of page 22 and the top of page 23 and then come back and tell us about Federal judges and the income tax? Oh!!! Andy.., please chime in as well! Peace, Jim Brown
  9. QuoteMost of the original Constitution still is valid. But let's say we decided to count slaves as 3/5. That would cause problems since there are none. Quote Really? You just don't have a grasp on reality do you ? Do you really believe there are no slaves in the US today, lawrocket? Oh what a blinfolded and sheltered life you live! Peace, Jim B.
  10. [reply I doubt it would improve my qualify of life if I had to step over rotting maggot-infested bodies on the sidewalk. I'd prefer that taxpayers like me funded help for the indigent. But then I'm not a Tea Bagger. Yes Professor, I'd love it if you and others like you funded help for the indigent and I'm not stopping you. But please don 't attempt to make it law that I have to pay for the care of the indigent. If you wish to be a philanthropist I respect you for that and even appluad your efforts. If you attempt to force me by law to donate to that cause you are no longer a philanthropist but a Marxist. Peace. Jim B.
  11. Really? And you believe this procedure is neccesary? Suck it up and walk it off ,Dude!! Don't be an expensive puss! Peace, Jim B.
  12. [ "Absolutely nothing." HA! Sayit again ! WAR!!! ,GOOD GOD Y'ALL, WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR ? "Absolutely nothing." OK ! Wait just a minute. Ron loves war and is glad we are in Afghanistan and Iraq, aren't you Ron? Peace, Jim B.
  13. [replyAnd yet ironically you are posting on a system that was created by and funded by the US government! I will take your answer as "no." You "will take my answer as "no" "? Perhaps you should wait and give me a chance to answer. On the other hand, maybe you are right. Maybe it works best for you when you hold both sides of the conversation by yourself. Far be it from me to step into the middle of you talking to yourself! A few women I've talked too mentioned that fault of yours. Well that and your small (you know
  14. [replyThen why do you assume that workers can't do the same thing? Why, in your worldview, does labor have to be traded at a fair market value, but goods and services can be traded above the fair market value? Your position is not self-consistent.Quote Labor hours sold are hours of a persons' life. I don't know how old you are but what if I offer you 10 million dollars to allow me to kill you right now? Will you take that deal? Will that amount of money be worth the time you would have left naturally? Workers accept the wages the employers offer or they have no work. Usually they accept wages far less than their time is actually worth. Buisiness men take advantage of these workers so that they can make a proffit I'm not making a moral judgement here if whether or not that is a bad thing. I'm simply pointing out that the worker made no proffit. He made an even (or less than even )trade. Thus he has no income. The buisinessman who sold the goods for more than he paid to produce them has made a proffit and therefor does have income. GE pays no income tax while those working on the production line and forfieghting large blocks of their lives collectively pay millions. That's not what the Founding Fathers envisioned. Any questions? Peace, Jim B.
  15. What do you mean they don't sell it at an even trade? Why not? If an even trade for your time is what someone else is willing to pay you for it, then selling coal for what someone else is willing to pay for it is an even trade also. They had coal, now they have money. Just like you had time, now you have money. Jakee, If you care to be enlightened I'll take all the time in the world to explain how the world works to you. If I believe you to be just another troll I'll drop conversation with you like a hot potato. That said; It should be obvious that if the coal company delivers the product to market at a price which is greater than the expenses it took to bring that product to market a proffit was gained. "Fair market price for coal?" Doesn't matter. If the expenses were less to bring the product to market than what the product sold for , income was produced . To me that seems elementary and simple. I'm glad I have the opportunity to help you understand this simple concept! Peace, Jim B.
  16. But how is that possible? Say you own a mine. You make an even trade with your miners of money for their time and effort in diggin coal out of the ground. So: the miners have money, you have coal, all square. You then take the coal to the market where you make an even trade with an energy company who give you money in exchange for the coal and for your time and expenditure incurred in providing it for them. So: The miners have money, you have money, the energy company has coal and it's all been conducted with a series of even trades. Where's the income? The company doesn't sell the product at an even trade. They sell it at a proffit. Thus income is produced. Peace, Jim B
  17. I don't rely on any government services I have no need for them. As a matter of fact I'm a little pissed right this moment about the government expanding the highway onto my favorite goat grazing ground. Sheep wouldn't understand. Peace, Jim B.
  18. Hey.. I will take your word for it.. I am sure you can get a lot more dates with the guys.... Just sayin Really.., dudes seem to dig me cause I'm like a fort in a storm ! Sorry I misspelled that. 'cause I'm like a fart in a storm ! Ok. coming clean here Ammy Baby!!! Dudes visit me like the shit house on Noahs ark!! I'm not tryin' to make you jealous! Please.., don't hate me because I'm beautiful!!!!! Peace, Jim B.
  19. The contract with the US, described in our Constitution, isn't one you entered into by signing anything, but you are a free man - and you are free to end that contract at any time. If you choose to NOT end it, then you are bound by it.*** Your version of the Contract with America is sounding kinda like the Columbia Record Club 's agreement. Now that I agree with. Freemen retain their Rights by exercising them. So next time a government agent gets shot and killed let us not grieve for him and his family. Instead we should all rejoice that another Freeman has retained His Rights against the overwhelming forces of government tyranny. Peace, Jim B
  20. This world is largely organized into unit governed by governments. These governments provide services. Not wanting to participate doesn't exempt you. You have to live somewhere that doesn't, by law, require participation based on location. Wendy P. No Wendy! You are as sweet as you are naive. By birth I have an absolute Right to sovreignity. No man or groups of men have any superior Right which is greater than my Natural Right to sovereignity. Not wanting to participate absolutely exempts me! That pretty much is the definition of a Free Man! Peace, Jim B.
  21. [replyI'm just asking for clarification, given all the bullshit you've slung on the subject. So, which is it? You did things all right and legal per the IRS, or by your posted circumlocutions about wages/property and barter? Wait just a second, mnealtx. I've done everything required by the Constitution and Common Law. Why do you ask me about "right and legal per the IRS" ? Do you believe that entity has some authority which trumps the Constitution? Peace, Jim B.
  22. Above, you said you cancelled your tax payment check and haven't paid them since. Which statement is the lie - the one in the prior post, or this one? You are so clever! Well not really! I've filed every form I'm legally required to file and I've paid evert dime I'm legally required to pay. Peace, Jim B. By 'legally', you mean the letter of the law, and not the bullshit interpretation you've been trolling, right? When I say "legally" I mean "legally" . Is that a hard thing for you to grasp, mnealtx? Peace, Jim B.
  23. [reply One fact is that our current "justice " system has failed miserably and is not sustainable. Are you freaking serious? You want to go from a professional pool of jurists qualified by either election by the people or a vetting process by the elected representatives, and you want to replace it with volunteers? A "paid" and "professional" judge , laddie? Aye! Your judges are mostly no more than political appointees. Your Supreme Court judges are *all* political appointees. There isn't anything special or magical about those people. Thing is that they can never be impartial as theyy've already been tainted by the money. I don't care if now I'm a member of SCROTUS, I'm not forgetting the freinds that gave me this salary for life. Yeah Dude, if you want to think differently about all that, who am I to try to disuade you from your beliefs?
  24. Above, you said you cancelled your tax payment check and haven't paid them since. Which statement is the lie - the one in the prior post, or this one? You are so clever! Well not really!
