Just tried to set up a new Contour Roam 2, first video clips recorded and downloaded fine. When I re formatted the card, I apparently lost the 'magic file' , camera won't record. Any ideas? Not having any luck downloading firmware from Contour, questions about opening a .bin file.

My Dell M5010 Inspiron laptop is running an AMD Athlon II P320 dualcore 2.10 Ghz processor with 3 GB ram. Would a simple RAM upgrade to 6 or 8 GB result in a noticeably faster render speed?

Shooting GoPro 720-60 widescreen, project properties frame rate doesn't have a 60 fps option, set on 29.970 NTSC. Rendering quality set to Good.

Ever had a 'Bag Lock'? Any idea how much altitude is consumed in dealing with one of these?

Instead of cycling on 'blue' standby, hype eye indicates yellow and doesn't respond consistently to subsequent inputs. CX 100 cycles normally with Hype Eye unplugged. Any ideas?

Have you installed the Sony PMB software that comes with the cx100? Which program are you editing with? Try opening it before connecting camera.

Does anyone have experience with Olympus E-410, 420, or520 dslr's? Who makes a bite or blow switch with a USB connector for these models?

several experts convinced me that windows movie maker for Windows 7 wasn't as good as past versions. I now have windows moviemaker 2.6 for XP, it presents a timeline on startup. Problem is I can't drag clips in to collections area, "file type not supported". Any suggestions on this?
