And yeah, I typically get a tumble-less landing every one out of four jumps... ok maybe five Im hoping now that I have my own gear (yay!) itll come.... You can totally tell by my scrapes I tried to PLF with that last jump tho. Im so proud of myself

I do not know of any program like that. My little brother is nine and goes to a Dept of Defense school, and I went to quite a few DoD schools over the years and we were never offered anything like that. My little brother does save up all his change, and every year we take him to the bank to trade it in. I think last year he had saved like $300.
