just watched norman kent's video aerial camera. picked up a few tips. but one thing I don't agree with is his idea that it's not important if you have your site over your dominant eye. being cross dominant myself. ( right handed and left dominant eye) I can tell you from lot's of bitter experience with peep sites on both bows and firearms that you will never be comfortable with a site on your non dominant eye.IMHO you can do it. but. now that said I have my sight on the left away from the deployment handle as he reccomends. but i'm left eye dominant. that's why I put it there. i wonder if norman's left eyed? i have on occasion been accused of pulling low . attached to the bottom of a freefly tube? with the handle routed so their is no weight on the lightbar. have someone that knows what they are doing hanging. make the lightbar as light as possible. sounds doable. can i have the video slot? i have on occasion been accused of pulling low . To me yes it is. But i think you need to be hurt or killed to warrant mention in the"Incident" Forum. An incident (to me) is anything from the norm that can be dangerous, which we can learn from. Do you know how you managed to pack a line over? Did you pack your kit or a packer? Was it your standard kit? I had a line over a couple of weeks ago. but I fixed it. does that count as an incident? it opened up spinning to the right a couple of cells collapsed. i popped the brakes, pumped them, buryed the left one down to slow the spin to the right and started pulling the right. one down and letting it go to fire back up and banging on lines. took about 5 secound but to fixed it it's on video. all my woofo buddies keep saying wearn't you scared?
